icecocoon is currently making the latest opus “gardens of dust” Drums and bass have been recorded and editing/choosing of takes is happening with guitars to follow.

I wanted to record as live in the studio as possible. Following on from the production style of Deepest Crystal Black, and especially since we got a great drum sound, the drums will be real, not triggered or sound replaced. Just huge, real and as live as little editing as possible. The bass was recorded simultaneously with the drums. The songs are really, really good too! This album is going to kick ass and seriously NOT sound like what everyone else is doing at the moment.
